About entering of amendments into some legal acts

Art. I. – Part (1) article 11 of the Law on electronic trading No. 284-XV of July 22, 2004 (2004, Art. No. 138-146, 741), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the Item g-1) of the following content:

"g-1) of the data on the rights of consumers, and also contact phone number and address of the official site of the Agency on consumer protection;".

Art. II. – Article 344 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (2009, Art. No. 3-6, 15), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with parts (7) – (9) the following content:

"(7) the Violation of requirements for informing for the agreements other than the agreements signed out of service premises, and agreements at distance, which is expressed in:

a) failure to provide or incomplete provision of precontractual information on the agreements other than the agreements signed out of service premises, and agreements at distance

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 10 to 25 conventional units, on officials in the amount of 30 to 50 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 70 to 100 conventional units;

b) not message of the main characteristics of goods or services in the form corresponding to the used means of communication, and also these goods or services
