About procedure for the conclusion and denouncement of the international loan and warranty agreements and agreements between the Republic of Uzbekistan and international financial institutions

This Law creates the necessary legal conditions providing acceleration of process of attraction of foreign investments.

Article 1.

The right of signing and denouncement of loan and warranty agreements and agreements with the international financial institutions at which the Republic of Uzbekistan is full-fledged member belongs to the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and authorized by it to bodies.

Article 2.

The international loan and warranty agreements and the agreements of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the international financial institutions authorized by it bodies are not subject to ratification and become effective for the Republic of Uzbekistan from the moment of signing.
