I ORDER:

Of February 26, 2015 No. 141 "About approval of mandatory requirements to electronic trading system of commodity exchanges" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10695, it is published in information system of law of Ad_let on April 10, 2015) to make the following changes to the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

in Mandatory requirements to electronic trading system of the commodity exchanges approved by the specified order:

to state the subitem 4 of item 4 in the following edition:

"4) electronic trading system of commodity exchange (further - ETSTB) - the complex of computing means, the software, databases, telecommunication means and other equipment of commodity exchange necessary for carrying out the electronic exchange biddings and providing automation of process of the conclusion of stock exchange transactions, and also collection, storage, processing and disclosure of information.";

6) of Item 10 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"6) PS ETSTB includes such program systems (or provides electronic interaction with the existing program systems) as trade system; information and analytical system; data transmission networks (if engineering procedure of trade provides interaction with such system).".

2. To provide to department of regulation of trading activity of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
