1. Determine the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan by specially authorized state body in the field of electronic commerce.
2. To the ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
provide effective implementation of the assigned powers of specially authorized state body in the field of electronic commerce according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About electronic commerce" and this resolution;
together with the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, the Central bank, the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested ministries and departments in two-month time to develop and introduce in accordance with the established procedure in the Cabinet of Ministers the concept of further development of system of electronic commerce in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Establish procedure according to which exporters have the right to perform commodity export, works and services through on-line shops on the Internet without execution of export contracts after receipt of complete payment into their accounts in banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan and entering of this information into the Single electronic information system of the foreign trade transactions, except as specified, stipulated by the legislation.
