3. Names of the state objects, geographical and other objects shall reflect their location, nature of activities and jurisdiction. The reduced and conditional names can be appropriated to them. To railway stations, river names of settlements in which these transport objects are located are appropriated to both seaports and piers, as a rule.
4. Names in commemoration of historical events, in glorification of advantage of the state, and also names of especially outstanding state and public figures can be appropriated to the state objects, geographical and other objects.
5. In case of assignment to the state objects of name of the outstanding state or public figure the appropriated name shall be included in the name of the state object, geographical and other object.
