Bring in §138 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007., No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2014., No. 77, the Art. 2196), changes which are applied.

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Data (reports, the decision of Audit Chamber) on results of the events of the state external financial control (audit) held by Audit Chamber and the reasonable offers on suspension of action or cancellation of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers on finance and the budget based on their discrepancy to the laws of Ukraine provided to the Cabinet of Ministers by Audit Chamber for the decision of the Prime Minister go to relevant organs of the executive authority to which powers solutions of the questions raised by Audit Chamber, taking measures of reaction and informing Audit Chamber and the Cabinet of Ministers belong. According to the decision of the Prime Minister the data directed by Audit Chamber are considered at meetings under its presidency or under the chairmanship of the First vice-Prime Minister, vice-Prime Ministers or relevant organs of the executive authority, and also can be considered at cabinet meeting at which reports of heads of executive bodies, and also results of consideration of the decision of Audit Chamber planned and accepted with respect thereto measures are heard. For consideration and discussion of such questions the corresponding official of Audit Chamber with the performance right is invited.".
