Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2012 No. 76 "About establishment of separate document forms concerning licensing of educational activities and recognition No. 109 which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 2010" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 02.08. 2012, 8/26194) following changes:
