About entering of amendments and changes into the Customs code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 82 of the Customs code of the Republic of Armenia of July 6, 2000 (further - the Code) with new paragraphs of the following content:
"Customs authorities within two working days after submission of documents by the customs applicant for the purpose of determination of customs value, stipulated in Clause the 87th of this Code, accept the customs value of the goods moved through customs border calculated according to article 87 of this Code. In cases, stipulated in Item 2.1 articles 96 of this Code, the customs value of the goods moved through customs border calculated according to article 87 of this Code is accepted or deviates within one working day after submission by the customs applicant of additional documents and (or) data to customs authorities.
In case of variation of the customs value calculated based on documents, stipulated in Clause the 87th of this Code, regional, specialized or boundary customs authorities in writing notify the customs applicant on variation of the customs value calculated by the method specified by article 87 of this Code in the terms established by the paragraph two these Articles, having constituted the conclusion about variation, stipulated in Article the 96th of this Code.
In case of non-presentation by regional, specialized or boundary customs authorities to the customs applicant of the notification on variation of customs value in the terms established by the paragraph two these Articles, the customs value determined by the customs applicant is considered accepted".
Article 2. To state article 87 of the Code in the following edition:
"Article 87. Method of determination of customs value on transaction price
