About modification and amendments in the Customs code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 2 of the Customs code of the Republic of Armenia of July 6, 2000 (further - the Code):

иж) complex application of the measures reducing and preventing probability of emergence of risks is considered risk management;

from) customs declaring action which the customs applicant expresses the intention to declare goods certain customs regime according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia is considered;

ll) person who is involved by the actions for movement or movement of goods through customs border in the legal relationship regulated by the customs legislation of the Republic of Armenia is considered the participant of foreign economic activity;
