About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 19, 2009 "About state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 316; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 828; 2012, No. 12, p.1 Art. 1006) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 2:

- in paragraph six to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with the paragraph the seventh the following content:

"-apostilization - the authentication of the signature, seal (stamp) which fasten the original document.".

2. In Article 11:

- in part 5 of the word "in accordance with the established procedure" shall be replaced with words "or to apostilization according to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- to add part 7 after the word "Legalization" with the words "or apostilization".

3. In Article 29:

- regarding 2 words "in accordance with the established procedure" shall be replaced with words "or to apostilization according to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- to add part 3 after the word "Legalization" with the words "or apostilization".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
