About entering of amendments into the Customs code of the Republic of Armenia

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on June 21, 2014

Article 1. To add Article 2 of the Customs code of the Republic of Armenia of July 6, 2000 (further - the Code) with the Item "from" of the following content:

"from) property – the property established by part 4 of article 103.1 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 2. To add Item 2 of article 128 of the Code with the new offer of the following content:

"In case of declaring of cash of the Republic of Armenia or foreign currency or bearer securities also data on source of their acquisition are specified. Declaring of bearer securities is performed according to the procedure, established by the Central bank with the consent of the body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 3. To add article 134 of the Code with item 4 of the following content:

"4. The customs authority rejects adoption of the customs declaration completed with physical person about currency values and bearer securities if in it there are no data, obligatory for filling, established by the legislation or international treaties of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 4. To add article 155 of the Code with the new paragraph of the following content:
