Article 1. Part 1 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 12, 2010 "About use of renewable energy resources" (2010, No. 1, the Art. 11) to state Akhbori to Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan in the following edition:
"1. The prices and rates for the energy made from renewable energy resources taking into account costs for the made energy and supports of development of use of renewable energy resources for sale to subjects of natural monopolies, on representation of authorized body on regulation of activities of subjects of natural monopolies, affirm the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
