Reproduction of excerpts from information materials, irrespective of reproduction amount, shall not open essential part of information material. Reproduction shall exclude negative impact on the possible number of readers of the primary source of information material and amounts of use of information material. Complete reproduction of information material can be performed only in case of the consent of the author (the owner of copyright). The procedure and conditions of complete reproduction of information material are established by the agreement signed between the parties.
