About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal profession"

Article 1. Add the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal profession" (of December 14, 2004, ZR-29-N) with Article 29.1 of the following content:
"Article 29.1. The lawyer authorized in Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia
1. The special license is provided to the lawyer in the cases and procedure provided by the Law for implementation of lawyer activities in Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia.
2. For receipt of the special license the lawyer annually, during period of time on November from 20 to 30, submits the written application to the chairman of Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia.
3. Together with the statement are represented written the consent of ten other lawyers of Chamber on provision of the special license. Each lawyer within calendar year has the right to agree to provision of the special license only to one lawyer. If the same lawyer agreed to provision of the special license more than to one lawyer, then preference is given to consent earlier brought into Court of cassation.
4. The statement and documents attached to it are given in office of Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia. In case of reception of an application and the documents attached to it on them the day and time of delivery are celebrated.
5. Special licenses are submitted by the chairman of Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia within week term after licensing of this lawyer.
6. The chairman of Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia, having received the application of the lawyer and documents attached to it, checks their compliance to the requirements provided by the Law and licenses the lawyer during period of time on December from 1 to 10.
The special license is provided on effective period in thirteen months.
7. Action of the special license is recognized stopped if:
a) the term of the special license is complete;
b) it is terminated the license;
