Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 8, 2007 No. 257-FZ "About highways and about road activities in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 46, Art. 5553; 2010, No. 45, Art. 5753; 2011, No. 17, Art. 2310; No. 30, Art. 4590; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4374; No. 48, Art. 6723) following changes:

Item 2 of Article 11 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2) establishment of procedure of federal state supervision of ensuring safety of highways of federal importance;";

Article 12 to add 2) with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) establishment of procedure of regional state supervision of ensuring safety of highways of regional and intermunicipal value;";

Part 1 of Article 13 to add 3) with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) establishment of procedure of municipal control of ensuring safety of highways of local value;".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
