1. Approve Methodology of planning of the state control of business activity on the basis of the analysis of criteria of the risk exercised by Body of civil aviation it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 377 of May 27, 2014. "About approval of Methodology of planning of the state control in the field of civil aviation on the basis of the analysis of criteria of risk" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 142-146, 426).
