About modification of the Regulations on procedure for forming and use by banks of Ukraine of reserves for compensation of possible losses on active banking activities

According to Articles 7, of 56, 59 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 36, "About banks and banking activity" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 66 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Bring in Chapter 4 of the Section II of Provisions on procedure for forming and use by banks of Ukraine of reserves for compensation of possible losses on active banking activities approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 25, 2012 No. 23, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 15, 2012 on No. 231/20544 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 4.1 to add 1) with the new subitem of the following content:

"ґ) the bank has documentary confirmations concerning the bases of expectation of cash flows from pledge";

2) in subitem 4.2.5 of Item 4.2:

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"Securities (except securities of institutes of joint investment) which are introduced in the first level of listing and being in it for settlement date of reserve which issuers are residents";

the fifth to exclude the paragraph.

With respect thereto paragraphs of the sixth - to consider the tenth respectively paragraphs the fifth - the ninth.

2. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.
