About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 18, 2014 No. 211 "About approval of Instructions for use heat energy" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10234, published on May 15, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let):
in the Instructions for use heat energy approved by the specified order:
add with Item 11-1 of the following content:
"11-1. The procedure for issue of specifications in the cases provided by the Rules of the organization of building and passing of allowing procedures in the field of construction approved according to subitem 23-14) of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" is determined by the specified Rules.";
state Item 17 in the following edition:
"17. The consumer sends for approval in the power transferring (power making) organization projects of outside thermal networks, thermal node, metering devices, internal system of heating.
The power transferring (power making) organization within five working days after submission of the project approves or gives motivated refusal.
The motivated refusal is issued in cases of discrepancy of the project to specifications on accession of object to thermal networks and regulatory legal acts in the field of power industry.
Requirements of this Item do not extend to the cases provided by the Rules of the organization of building and passing of allowing procedures in the field of construction approved according to subitem 23-14) of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
