About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Make the enclosed changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- "About approval of new edition of Provisional regulations "About rehabilitation of the banks which are in process of bankruptcy" of May 2, 2007 No. 23/4;

- "About approval of Provisional rules of conducting financial accounting and submission of information on financial position by commercial banks and other financial credit institutes in case of the procedure of special administration by liquidation method" of June 24, 2002 No. 26/4.

2. Declare invalid the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- "About approval of the Temporary procedure for revocation of license on banking operations of banks in the Kyrgyz Republic and liquidation of banks" of February 25, 1997 No. 5/7;

- "About approval of Provisional regulations "On regulation of activities of "Fund of Development of the Kyrgyz Republic" Private company of November 18, 2009 No. 46/4.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
