About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the list of the illustrated medical warnings of harm of tobacco intended for placement on packs and packagings of tobacco products" of December 22, 2014 to No. 719

For the purpose of reduction of the national legal system in the field of technical regulation in compliance with the legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the list of the illustrated medical warnings of harm of tobacco intended for placement on packs and packagings of tobacco products" of December 22, 2014 to No. 719 the following change and amendment:

- in appendix to the above-stated resolution in official language to replace the illustration "Smoking during Pregnancy Harms Your Future Baby" with illustration according to appendix to this resolution;

- add with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. All tobacco products which came to the market of the Kyrgyz Republic till January 1, 2016 without the illustrated medical warnings of harm of tobacco applied on packs and packagings of tobacco products approved by this resolution can be in the market before their complete realization.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
