add Chapter 2 with Items 59-1, 59-2 and 59-3 of the following content:

"59-1. The land areas reserved for the substations partitioning and distribution points with the highest voltage from 6 to 20 kV constitute no more than the sizes specified in the table of 1 appendix of 3 these rules.

59-2. The land areas reserved for substations with different schemes of electric connections (including complete) with the highest voltage from 35 to 1150 kV, are installed according to the table 2 applications of 3 these rules.

59-3. The land areas reserved for substations with the structure of buildings and constructions (including with quantity of cells of distributing devices) which is not corresponding to structure of buildings and constructions of the substations given in the table 2 appendices 3, increase or decrease by the sizes given in the table 3 appendices of 3 these rules.";
