1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Provision "About Electronic Money in the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 12, 2015 No. 27/8 the following change and amendment:

- state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. To commercial banks and operators of payment systems to bring activities for issue of electronic money into accord with requirements of the Provision "About Electronic Money in the Kyrgyz Republic" till March 1, 2016.";

- add the resolution with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. To operators of payment systems:

- stop activities for issue of new electronic money;

- perform processing, distribution and repayment of the operating electronic money according to requirements of the Provision "About Electronic Money in the Kyrgyz Republic".".

2. To legal management:

- publish this resolution on the official site of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;
