Changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2001 No. 168 "About approval of some instructions":

in the Instruction on clerical work in Prime minister's department of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

1) of item 4 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) works with addresses and requests of physical persons and legal entities, and also reception of citizens in Office which is established by the Instruction about procedure for consideration of addresses and requests of physical persons and legal entities and control of their execution;";

third of Item 11 to state part in the following edition:

"The documents which are incorrectly addressed and drawn up or which have no obligatory details provided by the Standard rules of documentation and management of documentation in the state and non-state organizations approved by the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 22, 2014 No. 144, mistakenly enclosed are sent to destination or return to the sender.";
