About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of article 3 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About obligatory confirmation of conformity of products" of December 30, 2005 No. 639 the following changes:

- To state the list of products which are subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity, approved by the above-named resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution;

- in Regulations on rules and the procedure for carrying out obligatory certification of products approved by the above-stated resolution:

in Item 3.4. shall be replaced with words words and abbreviation of "the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity (Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity)" also abbreviation of "the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (CN FEA EEU)";

in appendices 2 and 3 to the above-stated Provision to replace abbreviation of "Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity" with abbreviation of "CN FEA EEU".
