3. In Article 26.6 after words "Code of civil procedure" to add with words ", the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses and the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about execution of punishments".
4. In Article 28 of the word "local … according to the Code of civil procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic taking into account representation to administration of narcological medical institution and the medical certificate" shall be replaced with words" according to the Code of civil procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses and the Code of penal procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic".
