"Article 17-1. Features of application of enforcement powers of medical nature for the purpose of treatment for alcoholism or drug addiction
17-1.1. Treatment of persons which along with the punishment connected with imprisonment appoints enforcement powers of medical nature for the purpose of treatment for alcoholism or drug addiction is carried out by organizations of serving sentence during serving sentence term.
17-1.2. Rules of performing forced treatment of the condemned narcological patients serving sentence in organizations of serving sentence are established by relevant organ of the executive authority.
17-1.3. After completion of rate of the forced treatment appointed by the condemned narcological patient serving sentence in organization of serving sentence, the medical and consulting commission of relevant organ of the executive authority (further the medical and consulting commission) carries out assessment of the carried-out enforcement powers of medical nature. The evaluation procedure of the carried-out enforcement powers of medical nature is established by rules, stipulated in Article 17-1.2 of this Code.
