About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (are applied):

- About approval of the Provision "About Separate Transactions / Transactions of Commercial Banks and Microfinance Companies of the Kyrgyz Republic with the Real Estate" of August 29, 2012 No. 36/2;

- About approval "Operating procedure of the commercial banks and other financial credit institutes licensed and regulated by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic with mortgage property" of July 4, 2012 No. 28/7;

- About approval of new edition of the Provision "About Classification of Assets and the Corresponding Allocations to Reserve on Covering of Potential Losses and Losses" of July 21, 2004 No. 18/3.

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

3. To legal management:

- publish this resolution on the official site of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
