1. On the eve of the celebration to give one-time help in the following size:

- to participants and disabled people of the Great Patriotic War - in the amount of 300 somoni;

- to widows of the died soldiers in the Great Patriotic War - in the amount of 200 somoni;

- to citizens of the republic, awarded with the medal "For Valorous Work in days of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945" - in the amount of 100 somoni.

2. Since May 1, 2005 to increase monthly pensions to participants and disabled people of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, to widows of soldiers of the dead on this war, in the amount of 30 somoni.

3. To chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas to take necessary measures for the worthy celebration of the 60 anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 and for the purpose of improvement of financial position of participants and disabled people of the Great Patriotic War, widows of the died soldiers on this war and persons awarded with the medal "For Valorous Work in days of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945" to give continued material and moral support.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- provide financing of the payments provided in Item 1 of this Decree for the reserve fund account of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the means provided in the republican budget on other expenses for defense;
