About the restrictions of retail sale and consumption (drinking) of beer and drinks made on its basis

Article 1. Coverage of this Federal Law

Operation of this Federal Law extends to the relations on retail sale of beer with content of ethyl alcohol of more 0,5 of percent of amount of finished goods and the drinks made on the basis of beer with the specified content of ethyl alcohol (далеепиво and the drinks made on its basis) which participants are legal entities irrespective of their forms of business, individual entrepreneurs, and also the physical persons consuming the beer and drinks made on its basis in the places determined by this Federal Law.

Article 2. Restrictions of retail sale of beer and the drinks made on its basis

Retail sale of beer and the drinks made on its basis is not allowed:

1) in the children's, educational and medical organizations;

2) on all types of public transport (common carrier) of the city and suburban message;

3) in the organizations of culture (except for the organizations located in them or Items of public catering, including without formation of legal entity), sports and improving and sports constructions;

4) minor.

Article 3. Restrictions of consumption (drinking) of beer and the drinks made on its basis and other measures for implementation of this Federal Law
