About modification and amendments in Rules of motor transportations of loads

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Rules of motor transportations of loads approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 No. 970 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 173, 5/27990; 2011, No. 11, 5/33160; No. 44, 5/33659; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.07. 2013, 5/37540; 24:03. 2015, 5/40290), following changes and amendments:

1.1. state Item 15 in the following edition:

"15. The automobile carrier shall in time, determined in the agreement on motor transportation of load, tax under loading the cargo vehicle suitable for motor transportation of this type of cargo.

The automobile carrier in case of the direction of the vehicle under loading shall transfer to the driver the processed documents following properly:

route sheet;

the registration certificate (technical data sheet, the technical coupon) of the motorized vehicle, trail car (trail cars) to it;

document (certificate) on passing of the state technical inspection;

the document confirming the conclusion of the agreement of obligatory civil liability insurance of the vehicle owner;

the copy of the lease agreement or other document confirming right of possession and (or) uses of the cargo vehicle if the automobile carrier is not his owner;

the sanitary passport of the cargo vehicle (in case of accomplishment of motor transportations of the perishable loads and loads requiring observance in case of their motor transportation of the special sanitary mode), except for the vehicles which are carrying out international carriages;

special permission to driving of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles through highways public of the Republic of Belarus (in case of motor transportation of the corresponding loads).

For accomplishment of the international motor transportations of loads in addition to the documents listed in part two of this Item the automobile carrier shall transfer to the driver:
