Article 1. "About mail service" (further – the Law) to state the text of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-46 of December 14, 2004 in the following edition:
"This Law establishes the legal basis of implementation of activities in the field of mail service in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, the powers of state bodies directed to regulation of activities of mail service, and also right and obligation of the physical persons and legal entities using services of mail service and express communication.
The relations in the field of the state express communication are not governed by this Law.".
Article 2. To state article 3 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 3. The basic concepts used in the Law
The basic concepts used in the Law are:
mail service – the communication type providing acceptance, processing, transportation and delivery (delivery) of the mailing which is single production and technological complex technical and vehicles,
the mailing – the addressed post correspondence, postal parcels and post containers, printing editions in the corresponding packaging,
post delivery - acceptance, processing, transportation and delivery (delivery) of the mailing to the addressee,
the international mail service – exchange of mailings between operators of mail service, the different states which are under jurisdiction,
written correspondence – the simple and registered letters, postcards, sekogramma, post parcels post and small packets,
the estimated mailing – the mailing which is accepted with estimation of the sent sender's value with issue of the receipt to the sender, and is handed to the addressee according to the signature. The maximum size of the amount of the cost of the estimated value is established by the operator of mail service.
