Article 1. Part 2 of article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About diplomatic service" ZR-249 of October 24, 2001 (further – the Law) after the word "Minister". add with the new offer of the following content: "Stipulated in Item parts of 1 this Article encouragement is applied to the diplomats who are not holding discretionary positions according to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About payment of persons holding the state positions".
Article 2. In article 46 of the Law:
Words of the title "satisfaction and payments on compensation" shall be replaced with words 1) "the salary and expense recovery",
Part 1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. The relations connected with compensation of diplomats including, calculation and the sizes of the main and additional salaries, the normal wages rise, are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About payment of persons holding the state positions".
Words of part 2 of "cash allowance" to replace 3) with the word of "salary",
The word of part 5 "additional fare" to replace 4) with the word "compensation",
5) part 7 to recognize invalid.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2014.
