About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property"

Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property" (on April 14, 1999, ZR-295):

a) the concept "real estate" be reworded as follows and add new concept:

"real estate – the parcels of land, the part of subsoil which is real estate or lead the isolated water objects, the woods, long-term saplings, underground and elevated buildings, constructions and other property attached to the earth that is objects from which this property or the parcel of land cannot separate the earth without damnification to change, the termination of their appointment or to impossibility of further use with purpose;

the part of subsoil which is real estate – the territory occupied with constructions, and also natural cavities (caves) which are artificially created in the subsoil having the fixed borders from all directions which can be used in the different purposes;";

b) add collective concept of the following content:

"rotation – movement of heads of territorial subdivisions of the state register of real estate from one position of the head of territorial subdivision to position of the head of other territorial subdivision.".

Article 2. To add article 9 of the Law after part four with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The head of the State register of real estate of the Republic of Armenia can transfer heads of territorial subdivisions of the state register during stay them to positions, in case of the consent of the last, from one position of the head of territorial subdivision to position of the head of other territorial subdivision (rotation), and also in case of finding of position of the head of territorial subdivision vacant in three-day time to appoint the head of other territorial subdivision, having notified on it Council of civil service of the Republic of Armenia.".
