Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property" of April 14, 1999 ZR-295:
1) parts 1 and 4 of Article 7, parts 2 and 6 of Article 9, part 1 of Article 10 to recognize invalid;
2) from part 3 of Article 7 to exclude the words "for a period of five years", and from part 4 of Article 9 – the word "for a period of four years".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, following official publication.
