About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property"

Article 1. "About state registration of the rights to property" of April 14, 1999 ZR-295 (further - the Law) to add article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with new part of the following content:
"The relations connected with state registration of the rights to vehicles are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About traffic safety".".
Article 2. Two articles 2 of the Law to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"property – the real estate which is subject to state registration under this Law and the personal estate (except for vehicles) which is subject to state registration in the cases provided by the law;".
Article 3. Part 1 of article 23 of the Law after words "the rights to personal estate," to add with the words "except for rights to vehicles".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2010.
