About introduction of amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan "About insurance"

3. In Item "article 28" shall be replaced with words 3 parts one of Article 23 of the word "Articles 28 and 29".

4. To state part one of Article 45 in the following edition:

"1. The disputes following from the relations in insurance field are permitted according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation Turkmenistan.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
