About modification of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning provision of the state guarantees
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010., 572) to add No. 50-51, of the Art. with Item 3-4 of the following content:
"3-4. Determine that till January 1, 2017 provisions of this Code are not applied by provision of the state guarantees for the purpose of forming of stabilization (reserve) energy fund. Provision of such state guarantees is performed in limits and in the directions which are determined by the law on the Government budget of Ukraine.
The warranty obligations arising in connection with realization of this Item belong to the debt guaranteed by the state".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
