Article 1. Ten article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property" of April 14, 1999 ZR-295 (further - the Law) after the word "subject" to add the paragraph with words ". On behalf of persons of law, registered in the area of the rights acquired for the asset account of contractual investment fund acts and performs the rights and obligations provided by this Law, the managing director of this investment fund.".
Article 2. To add article 27 of the Law with part 6 of the following content:
"6. The rights acquired for the asset account of contractual investment fund are registered addressed to managing relevant investment fund (in the registration certificate the name of managing this investment fund is specified), having mentioned that he is the managing director of this investment fund and acts on behalf of subjects (members of investment fund) of the registered right. Change of list of members of contractual fund does not result in need of modification of the registration certificate.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
