About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property"

Article 1. Part 2 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property" of April 14, 1999 ZR-295 (further - the Law) after the words "provided on state registration" to add with words ", except as specified, the stipulated in Clause 7.1 presents of the Law".

Article 2. Add the law with Article 7.1 of the following content:

"Article 7.1. The work of preliminary note about property rights on property

Article 3. To state Item 3 of part 1 of article 13 of the Law in the following edition:

Article 4. Article 20 of the Law after the word "purposes" to add with the words "preliminary note about property rights on property".

Article 5. To add Item 2 of part 1 of article 30 of the Law after the word "restriction" with the words "or preliminary note".

Article 6. To state articles 36 and 37 of the Law in the following edition:
