Article 1. Basic concepts

1.0. The basic concepts used for the purposes of this Law, the following:

1.0.1. the minimum consumer goods basket - set of the food, non-food products and services necessary for ensuring the minimum level of health and life activity of the person established on the basis of scientific standard rates;

1.0.2. subsistence minimum - the social norm representing the amount of the minimum consumer goods basket and obligatory payments;
