1. Approve the enclosed Rules of protection of superficial water objects.

Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled by the corresponding federal executive bodies within the established extreme number of employees of central offices and territorial authorities, and also budgetary appropriations provided by it in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.

1. According to these rules actions for protection of superficial water objects are performed.

2. Actions for protection of superficial water objects are performed with observance of requirements of the water legislation, legislation in the field of environmental protection, the legislation on fishery and preserving water biological resources, the legislation in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing.

3. Actions for protection of superficial water objects are performed:

a) Federal Agency for Water Resources - concerning the reservoirs which are in federal property which list is approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2008 No. 2054-r (except for the water storage basins and channels specified in the subitem "g" of this Item), the seas or their separate parts;
