About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather free providing with textbooks of pupils of general education educational institutions and pedagogical workers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 21, Art. 84; 2014, Art. No. 2-3, 41, No. 37-38, Art. 2004; 2015, No. 6, Art. 40):

The paragraph the fourth to state 1) to part two of Article 12 in the following edition:

"Provides preparation and the edition of textbooks, benefits";

2) the third and fourth offers of part two of Article 35 to replace with the new offer of the following content: "The state guarantees free providing with textbooks, benefits of pupils of general education educational institutions and pedagogical workers according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

2. Paragraphs the sixth and the ninth parts two of article 37 of the Law of Ukraine "About general secondary education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 28, Art. 230; 2014, No. 2-3, of Art. 41; 2015, 6, 40) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"Will organize free providing with textbooks, benefits of pupils of general education educational institutions and pedagogical workers according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
