About modification of Rules of implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2007 No. 9 "About procedure of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 5, Art. 653; 2008, No. 49, Art. 5841; 2011, No. 32, Art. 4848; 2013, No. 4, Art. 291).

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2016.

Changes which are made to Rules of implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation

1. In Item 22:

a) state paragraph two in the following edition:

"The electronic copy of the notification on arrival signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature of the authorized employee of the multipurpose center is transferred to territorial authority of the Federal Migration Service electronically with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction within 1 working day following behind day of acceptance of the specified notification by the multipurpose center.";
