Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72

Establish marginal maximum prices of natural gas without the value added tax (further – the VAT) for 1000 CBM in case of settlement heat of combustion of 7900 kcal/CBM in case of Belarusian ruble exchange rate in relation to 2,0461:1 US dollar to the gas supplying organizations which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz by delivery through system of the gas supplying organizations (resellers), except the legal entities specified in Item 3 of this resolution in the amount of:
1.1. 564, Belarusian ruble – for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, except the state-financed organizations, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs specified in subitems 1.2-1.6 of this Item in case of the consumed amount of natural gas in 2015 to 500 million cubic meters;
1.2. 501, Belarusian ruble – for:
state-financed organizations in case of the consumed amount of natural gas in 2015 to 500 million cubic meters;
the legal entities of system of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus rendering housing and communal services regarding use of natural gas for the needs which are not specified in the paragraph the second subitem 1.21 of this Item in case of the consumed amount of natural gas in 2015 to 500 million cubic meters;
