The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Include in the Law of Ukraine "About the status and social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 13, the Art. 178, with subsequent changes) article 39 of the following content:
"Article 39. Surcharge to the citizens working in exclusion zone
To the citizens working in exclusion zone surcharge according to the procedure and the sizes determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is established".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law;
provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for realization of provisions of this Law;
provide entry into force of all of the regulatory legal acts specified in this Item along with entry into force of this Law.
