1. Approve Regulations on Advisory council under the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Advisory council) according to appendix.

2. To department of licensing and control of the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- in the 10th day time to prepare offers on candidates of members of Advisory council;

- in the 20th day time to prepare the draft of the order on structure of Advisory council for the subsequent approval.

3. To confer responsibility for holding meetings with alternate members of Advisory council on the head of department of licensing and control T. Orozaliyev.

4. To the press secretary to publish this order and Regulations on Advisory council on the official site of the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for general acquaintance.
