About organization of the State directorate on preparation and carrying out Year of history and culture

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the announcement of 2016 for Year of history and culture" of December 30, 2015 the No. 286 Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Create the State directorate on preparation and carrying out Year of history and culture (further - the State directorate).

2. Approve Regulations on the State directorate according to appendix.

3. Determine that the State directorate is created for preparation and carrying out Year of history and culture.

4. The state directorate in week time:

- after purpose of management of General directorate to develop and submit for approval in accordance with the established procedure structure and the number of staff of the office of the State directorate;

- take the organizational and other measures following from this resolution.

5. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- raise money and make financing of the State directorate in coordination with Committee on the budget and finance of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic before entering of corresponding changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2016 and the forecast for 2017-2018";

- develop and introduce in accordance with the established procedure the bill of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2016 and the forecast for 2017-2018", having provided financial resources on content of the State directorate.
