1. Approve the Technical concept of the Automated information system "Register of Pledges of Personal Estate" it (is applied).
2. Provide to the Ministry of Justice realization of provisions of the Technical concept of the Automated information system "Register of Pledges of Personal Estate".
3. Maintaining the Automated information system "Register of Pledges of Personal Estate" is performed by the Ministry of Justice by means of the Agency of legal information resources.
4. Ensuring functioning of the Automated information system "Register of Pledges of Personal Estate" is made for the account and within the assignments which are annually approved for the Agency of legal information resources in the law on the budget.
