For accomplishment of provisions lit.b) Art. 29 of the Law on the state internal financial control No. 229 of 23.09.2010 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 231-234, 730) I ORDER to the Art.:

1. Approve National standards on internal control in the public sector.

2. Repeal the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 51 of June 23, 2009 about approval of National standards on internal control in the public sector (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 107-109, the Art. 485).

I. Introduction

1.1 Concept

1) Internal managerial supervision is the system organized by manager of the public subject and its personnel for the purpose of ensuring proper management, covering set the politician, procedures, internal regulations, processes and deyatelnost performed within the public subject for risk management and provision of reasonable guarantees for achievement of tasks and the planned results.

2) According to the concept of the State internal financial control (further – GVFK) which is carried out by the European Union, internal audit is the tool for assessment of system of internal managerial supervision (further - VUK). Internal audit, having function directly to report on manager of the public subject, plays important role in research and the reporting on system effectiveness of VUK.
