About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 31, 2012 No. 476

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 31, 2012 No. 476 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by bodies of state registration of the rights to real estate and the bodies performing registration of the residence of the physical persons, data necessary for calculation of the non-personal tax, other than the parcel of land" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 42, the Art. 1609, No. 79, the Art. 3198) changes which are applied.
2. To the Ministry of Justice provide representation by October 1, 2015 to the Public fiscal service of data on objects of the non-residential real estate, including their share, from the Proprietorship register on real estate and the State register of the rights to real estate (as of September 1, 2015), and further - submission of data according to Procedure for representation by bodies of state registration of the rights to real estate and the bodies performing registration of the residence of the physical persons, data necessary for calculation of the non-personal tax, other than the parcel of land.
